As an exercise physiologist and chiropractor, Caolan has a balanced take on the function of the human body.
With a work history that includes associations with the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and the Australian Sports Drug Agency (ASDA) Caolan has a great passion for and understanding of the importance of exercise in the development and maintenance of optimal health.
A decorated sportsman and dedicated martial artist, Caolan believes that good health begins at home, and therefore enjoys working with active adults and children and those seeking to be more physically involved in their life.

Josie has been practising acupuncture for over 30 years, having started her first clinic in Sydney's north-western suburbs in 1989. She also operated a mobile business treating elite level equestrian athletes and has had a clinic in the Eastern suburbs for the past 18 years.
Acupuncture originated in China, has been practised for thousands of years and is used to treat various physical and mental conditions.
Josie's special clinical interests are fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, including headaches, back/neck pain, sciatica, RSI, joint issues, sports related injuries, and stress, anxiety, sleep issues and digestive problems.
Josie treats children and adults.
